•HARAS DE GASSIN ship to following countries: Denmark, Germany, Holland, France, Italy, UK, Sweden, Belgium, Austria and Spain.
•Shipping costs in Denmark is EUR 8 regardless of size and weight.
•Shipping costs for the rest of Europe are EUR 12 regardless of size and weight.
•Delivery 1-5 days
•All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT, but exclusive of duty and taxes outside Europe.
HARAS DE GASSIN is very thorough as regards ordering, sending and receiving of items. HARAS DE GASSIN processes orders approved by the company and in the order in which they arrive. HARAS DE GASSIN takes no responsibility for any kind of damage that might occur, if the stated delivery times are exceeded.
Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your original order
If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted product and place a new order. All goods will be inspected by return and must be in a reasonable condition. The returned product must not have been damaged, soiled, washed or altered and all labels or tags must still be intact.
The refund of the returned items will be provided within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly. The customer holds the shipping costs back to us, whereas we will pay the shipping cost back to you, in case of exchanges. The refund will be credited to the card that was used to make the original purchase.

For handling your return order best as possible, we need you to include a brief description of the reason for the goods returned. Please include also your invoice number and your account number.
Payment
Payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch. Your connection is secure with us and the card details are encrypted with Quickpay, a payment gateway certified by the PCI-standard, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa.
If you return any item, the amount will be returned to the same card, as the purchase was made from.
